Privacy policy

What we collect

Coaches: your name, email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider, never visible to us), and everything you add to your profile: bio, niche, credentials, pricing, location, time zone, links, photo, and testimonials. Your profile is only public after you publish it. Your email address is never shown on your profile.

People contacting a coach: the name, email, and message you send through a contact form. We store it and email it to that coach so they can reply to you directly.

Who processes your data

• Supabase: database, login, and photo storage.
• Resend: sends our emails (message notifications, email confirmation, reminders).
• Vercel: hosts the website.

We don't sell your data or show ads.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep coaches logged in. We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Emails we send

Coaches get emails about new messages, email confirmation, and up to two reminders to finish an unpublished profile.

Your choices

Coaches can edit or unpublish their profile at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account or any message you sent, email us and we'll remove it.
